For public skating sessions, we recommend booking online to secure your preferred time, especially on weekends and school holidays. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available.

Wear warm, comfortable clothing that allows movement. Gloves are recommended, and hats or scarves should be removed while on the ice for safety. Skates are provided.

3. Are skating aids available for children?

Yes! We provide skating aids at an additional cost to help young beginners balance and gain confidence on the ice. Our friendly staff are always on hand to assist.

4. Is the rink suitable for all ages and abilities?

Yes! Our rink is family-friendly and caters to skaters of all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced skaters. Ages 3+.

5.  Can I buy food & drink on site?

Drinks - yes! Food stalls will be available on weekends and the run up to Christmas.

6. Can I hire the rink for a private party or event?

Yes! We offer private hire for school trips, corporate events, and special occasions. Packages can include exclusive ice time.

7. What safety measures are in place?

We prioritise safety with trained staff on hand and clear rink rules to ensure everyone enjoys their time safely.

8. How long does a typical skating session last?

Public skating sessions last 45 minutes, giving skaters plenty of time to enjoy the ice without feeling rushed.

All session times and prices are listed on our website. We recommend checking online before your visit to plan your trip.

10. Can I bring my bag on the ice?

Bags on any description are not allowed on the ice.

11. Do you have a skate marshal?

Yes, our skate marshal will be on the ice rink on every session to monitor safe skating and will assist skaters, where possible, if you are a novice.

12. Is there a spectator area?

Yes, we have a small spectator area.
